Territorial Army

So Philip Hammond wants to do away with the name "Territorial Army" - the man has no idea of history. The Territorial Army was created over one hundred years ago by the Liberal Secretary of State for War, Richard Haldane, when the Territorial and Reserve Forces Act 1907 combined the previously civilian-administered Volunteer Force, with the Militia and Yeomanry.
